Deep Tissue Massage:
Is used to release chronic muscle tension. Deep tissue massage usually focuses on more specific areas and may cause some soreness during or right after the massage. A deep-tissue massage helps loosen muscle tissue, release toxins from muscles and get blood oxygen flowing properly. The purpose is to "unstick" the fibers of a muscle whole releasing deeply held patterns of tension, removing toxins, while relaxing and smoothing the muscle. It is both corrective and therapeutic.

Reflexology
Is a form of therapeutic treatment
applied to the feet and hands based on reflex areas corresponding to
all the parts of the body including major organs. Reflexology is not a

Trigger Point Therapy
Is a bodywork technique that involves applying pressure to tender muscle tissue. The purpose is to eliminate pain and to re-educate the muscles into pain-free habits. La Stone Therapy:
Also known as hot and cold stone therapy, is a type of massage that used heated and cooled stones to relieve stiffness and soreness to restore energy to aching muscles and joints. The warm stones encourage the exchange of blood and lymph circulation throughout the body, and provide soothing and healing heat for deep-tissue work. The cold stones are applies to aid with inflammation, to encourage blood to move away from a swollen area. La Stone is known for encouraging the circulatory system and self healing process.

Aromatherapy Massage:
Is ideal for tense, restless, and overworked muscles. It is particularly suited to conditions involving stress or improving emotionally-related conditions. Each essential oil has different healing properties. For example, some calm while others energize. 60 Minute Botanical Skin Resurfacing Facial $ 75
This facial is Aveda's Answer to microdermabrasion only with less redness and irritation. It is for the guest who feels his/her skin is dull and lifeless, and may feel rough to the touch. It is not suited for severe coupe-rouse skin, rosacea, or pustular acne skin.
We use the Tourmaline Charged Radiant Skin Refiner which is a special product for professional use only. It is formulated with natural extracts of bamboo and finely powdered tourmaline.
Tourmaline is a gemstone that comes in all colors of the rainbow and allegedly possesses magical powers and excites scientist with its pyro-electric properties. If you heat then cool tourmaline, the stone will show a positive charge at one end and a negative charge at the other. The stone also charges under pressure. As it discharges, the poles alternate charges, causing vibration.

Perfecting Plant Peel $ 90 The Perfecting Plant Peel performs like a 30% glycolic peel without the associated redness and irritation.
